IG Abba Approves Funds For The Regularization Of 3000 Police Civilian Staff

The Inspector General of Police, IGP Suleiman Abba, has approved the regularization of about 3000 police civilian staff, who have been casual workers within the police organization.

The Director, Police Education Directorate, Ibrahim Kabiru, made this known yesterday in Abuja during the presentation of letters to 8 Assistant Directors promoted within the police education system.

Kabiru, who is a Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) stated that: “The IGP has also approved money for the regularization of about 3000 staff, these staffs have been with us, and any moment from now we are expecting the commencement of this process from the Office of the Head of Service”.
