Gunmen kidnap Rep-elect's mother

Benue - Gunmen abducted the mother of House of Representative-Elect in Benue State, Orker Jev, at her family house, Punch reported.
According to witnesses, the gunmen drove through a roadblock but were able to dismantle police through gun fighting.

Jev has expressed that he is working for the release of his abducted mother and is yet to be contacted by the men.
Police are however investigating the abduction and the search is continuing to find the victim.
