After Dailymail wrote the story of 81-year-old Nina Snelling last week,
who looks so good she is frequently mistaken for a woman in her 60s.
Hundreds of others came forward to share their stories too and here six
of them reveal what has kept them looking two decades younger. Find out
what this women said have made them young and happy all through the
years, some said, healthy foods, some said Yoga, while another said good
s3x with a younger partner.
Left to right: Deborah Tremayne, 54, says that running three miles each
morning as well as weights sessions and aerobic and yoga classes keep
her looking young. Joanne Hope, 53, thanks her oily skin for her
youthful looks. She believes it has helped to keep away wrinkles and
signs of ageing. Thelma Toward, 69, believes that the key to her
youthful looks is the oatbran breakfast and spinach dinner she eats each

Pamela Buxton, 80, says her happy outlook keeps her young, as does her
active lifestyle. Elaine Williams, 64, says that having a toyboy husband
who is six years her junior helps keep her looking and feeling
youthful. Debbie Plumbley, 48, has drunk two litres of water a day since
her 20s and believes this has helped her to retain a youthful
complexion.
