TINDOUF (Algeria)- Minister of Interior Noureddine Bedoui insisted Tuesday in Tindouf on the need to preserve the country’s security and stability to pusrue the development process, initiated as part of President Abdelaziz Bouteflika’s program.
"The border protection and the preservation of the security and stability of Algeria are among the current priorities," said Bedoui in a speech while installing the new prefect of Tindouf, stressing that "the Algerian people should support the considerable efforts made by the National Popular Army (ANP) to protect the borders and preserve the country’s security and stability."
"The environment surrounding Algeria requires extreme vigilance from the citizen," he said.
After recalling the advantages of the Charter for Peace and National Reconciliation and its role in the consecration of the noble values of the Algerian society, the minister emphasized the importance of preserving the country’s security and stability to pursue the development process initiated by the President of the Republic, which was supported by the Algerian people.
