Mr Tanimu Turaki, the Supervising Minister of Labour and Productivity, on Friday, said he would effectively address the challenges facing the labour sector in the country.
He pledged to intensify the implementation of the transformation agenda in the labour sector.
The minister said he would make staff welfare his priority in the ministry.
He called for free exchange of ideas geared toward the development of labour sector.
The minister called for the support and cooperation of staff of the ministry to enable him to succeed.
Turaki commended the hard work and achievements made by his predecessor, Mr Emeka Wogu, and promised to build on the good work. (NAN)
