Kim Kardashian wrote on Twitter and Instagram about “celebrating” niece Penelope’s birthday, after her own father, Scott Disick, missed the celebrations.
As Gossip Cop reported, Penelope turned 3 on Wednesday, and Disick was completely MIA for his only daughter’s special day. The controversial star has been on a partying bender in Monaco and Florida, and hasn’t seen this three kids in about a month. He opted not to return home for Penelope’s birthday, which came just a few days after Kourtney Kardashian dumped him in the wake of photos showing him getting cozy with Chloe Bartoli.
Disick was ripped on social media for being an absentee dad, and finally posted about Penelope’s birthday on Wednesday night, when he shared old paparazzi photos of the toddler on Instagram, writing, “1 of the only things I’m proud off [sic] about myself. Happybdayp.” But it was too little, too late. Disick was thousands of miles away as Kourtney, Kim, and Kris Jenner took Penelope to Disneyland for a birthday party.
And Kim was sure to point out the celebration on Twitter on Thursday. Along with a photo of daughter North and Penelope both in their pajamas, the reality star wrote, “Happy Birthday P! Your bday was yest &we were celebrating!” She added, “Thx 4 being the best big cousin North always looks up to!”
The expectant E! star was also believed to be dissing Disick earlier this week, when she posted “sisters” photos with Kourtney, and captioned one “#BBHMM,” along with a string of violent emojis related to Rihanna’s “B*tch Better Have My Money” video.
