It turned out to be an awesome time at Muson centre on
Monday and Tuesday as MTNF - MUSON Music scholar graduates and MTN ambassadors
thrilled the audience to an awesome time. The concert held on Monday at Agip hall Muson centre and
the hall was packed full while the graduation ceremony held on Tuesday.
The concert definitely lived up to its hype as the graduates
really gave their best shots with their sonorous voices singing classical
music. Congratulations to the graduates as they now have a Diploma in Music all
courtesy of MTN Foundation and MUSON.
The sultan of music, Sound Sultan and the super gifted Cobhams Asuquo were also on hand to treat the guests to a great time. Cobhams told the Story of Charlie Parker to encourage the graduates to make history with what they have learned before he performed the classic song by Josh Groban “You raise me up” to the delight of everyone seated as they sang along.
The amazing MUSON diploma school choir then brought the
concert to a close with various renditions.
The graduation ceremony held on Tuesday where these multi
talented music scholars were awarded their diploma certificates and three of
the graduates went home with awesome prizes courtesy MTN Foundation.
They are preparing for another international competition in
Barcelona, Spain this year and we wish them all the best as they venture in
greater things.
