Khloe Kardashain may have had fun bankrolling a massive midnight fireworks display for her now ex-boyfriend James Harden, but a dog living nearby was allegedly so freaked out he'll never be the same, so the owner is now suing her.
James Ferguson, a Marina del Rey resident, filed the lawsuit in small claims court, claiming the explosions created "a disturbance that harmed our family and pet."
James was not specific -- whether the pooch now freaks out at loud noises or craps on the carpet -- but he clearly thinks the damage is severe, because he's suing for $7,500.
Khloe, Harden and a bunch of guests watched the fireworks show on a boat just outside Marina del Rey. Thousands of sleeping locals were not amused.
