Hearing in the rights enforcement suit filed by the embattled National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Olisa Metuh, has been adjourned to January 25, 2016.
Justice Abang Okon of the Federal High Court in Abuja announced this decision of the case on Wednesday.
Metuh, who is being tried by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for money laundering, was yesterday granted bail in the sum of N400m with two sureties in like sum.
