Governor of Kaduna state, Malam Nasir El-Rufai who turned 56 on Tuesday (yesterday), Feb 16, 2016 celebrated his birthday in a low-key fashion.

 

The governor was seen in a loved-up mood with wife, Hadiza El-Rufai as they posed for a snapshot.

  

El Rufai, a former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja is a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress.
