Jonathan accused of hiring protesters to disrupt Buhari’s London lecture

Abuja -  President Goodluck Jonathan has been accused of spending thousands of dollars to hire protesters to disrupt Thursday’s lecture of the  presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari at at the prestigious Chatham House, London, reports Premium Times.

President Jonathan is alleged to have earmarked $20 000 to hire the protesters.

The money would be spent on mobilising the crowd, refreshing them and defraying other logistics.
The protest is being planned to create a signal that Nigerians are happy with President Good luck Jonathan and probably embarrass Buhari before the international community.
