No, Kelly is an egocentric, self-righteous jackass with a penchant for blowing things out of proportion, but then brushing off the flak when the tables turn on her ... and that's exactly where we are today with her comments on Donald Trump's obvious issue with immigrants.
After quipping, "If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?" Kelly took a lot of hate ... and former "View" co-host Sherri Shepherd had a bit to say herself:
The difference here, obviously, between what Kelly said and what Giuliana Rancic said about Kelly's friend, Zendaya Coleman, is that Giuliana didn't take the knee-jerk opportunity to try and downplay her misspeak as a "shoulda known better, I was live" accident.
"I should have known better as I was on The View and it was live. I’ve learned a very valuable lesson," Kelly says about her "View" snafu. "It is my hope that this situation will open up a conversation about immigration and the Latin community as a whole.
