Amanda Bynes has clearly picked up a thing or two during her fashion design classes ... 'cause she stepped out in a dangerously hot dress in West Hollywood.
Amanda looked as good as we've seen her in years as she left Craig's Monday night. She was also ONE zip away from revealing all the goods to photogs.
As we reported, Amanda went back to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising this year.
Yay, education!
